I don't know how bad the deer flies are around you... but, they are horrible here!

So, I know you're going to laugh.... but it works!

The wife bought me some bug adhesive, so I made a cardboard ring out of a beer case. Evidently they are attracted to the color blue (just going by what the wife says)

Might look silly, but it catches flies...and, it gives me a reason to drink more beer 🍺 😂

The deer flies are out here and the horse flies have started to show up. Really windy and that helps today.
Nice look, HD.

Last week I was riding my dualsport bike just below Longville.  Everytime I came to a stop to check for deer tracks, about 25 Deer flies would catch up to me and just swarm my head. Never took my helmet or mask off! 🤪

Mowed the backyard, 50 flies and no bites...I don't care how silly it looks

HD, imagine how many hats you could make if you had a hog roast.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

That is a complete success HD! :rotflmao:  I have also heard that if gnats are bothering you to put your hand in the air due to them going to the highest part.  You better get into some serious beer drinking to keep up with your orders.   :happy1:

Try a darker color.

We use a solo cup and raid fly tape.

So... serious question. Do you need to wear those things on your head, or can you place them like in a boat in several places ?

Well now you've done it. I got to go scrounge around and try making one of them.

Pretty much the Deer flies want to take a bite out of you, not aluminum!  :happy1:
