Saw my first Nachos Navidad commercial of the season. That makes it official. Unfortunately, I am now hungry and need a beer.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

Nice, Sharon. Please don't say you're drinking egg nog.

LOL nah it was just coffee. Never been a big fan of eggnog. But I do love some hot cocoa with Rum Chata mixed in! 😋😋😋

Or, just pour some Crown Royal in a glass and drink the coffee in the morning. That's just my preference.

Mmm gotta love a good nip of Crown. I love the Vanilla flavor the best and I've been wanting to try the Blackberry flavor but no one around me seems to carry it or have it in stock!!

It was a limited edition release from March 2024, so you may be out of luck.  I'd keep googling Royal Crown news next year to see if/when they bring it back so you don't miss it.

We resorted to regular Crown in place of VSOP for tincture in our morning coffee on the last Canadian expedition. Thinkin' some of those flavored varieties might be interesting to try as well.

Hate to be a naysayers but I'm not a fan of adding fruity flavors to a good bourbon or whiskey. I prefer mine on the rocks. Sometimes with a splash of water, most times not. When I see somebody mix coke with a good bourbon like Old Grand Dad I have to resist the urge to throttle him or her.

I recall, a few years back, I was at a liquor store and saw a gift box with I think either four or six small bottles of different Crown Royal whiskey. I should have grabbed one.

I'm with ya Roon - as I mentioned in the Bloody Mary thread about flavored vodkas.  You can put all sorts of things in your cocktail to kick it up a notch without getting a bottle of specially-flavored booze.  And wasting the "good stuff" in a whisky-coke or whisky-7 is a different matter entirely.

But Fred Noe, master distiller at Jim Beam, famously answered the question how one should best enjoy Jim Beam bourbon.  He said simply, "Drink it any damn way you please."  ;)

Not even a fine whiskey like Fireball? There's some nasty, sweet concoction the sheep people drink when in Louisville, made from peach flavored Crown and a bunch of other stuff. Good reason to stay home & drink gin! :happy1: As some of the whiskey/bourbon snobs I know will contend, Crown isn't good whiskey. I'm fine with Crown. I drank a lot of Windsor on the rocks when I lived in ND so I know what bad whiskey tastes like. It'll probably be a good nite for VSOP in my cocoa after chores.
