Microwave Mug Cookie Recipe

This is a great easy recipe for a single serving treat! Just add a dollop of ice cream once it cools a tad, and you're good to go! 😋

Using a microwave safe mug, add:
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
    stir
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla
    stir
2 heaping tbsp flour
    stir
Add chocolate chips, as desired
    stir
    microwave for 1 min

      Two things I see wrong.

      1). There is no such thing as a single serve cookie. Especially a warm cookie. Especially a warm cookie and a big glass of cold milk.

      B). We don't have a microwave. I think we actually have a couple down in the basement. Somewhere.

The mircrowave soup cups work great as well.   Once cooked it holds more ice cream to top it off.
