Lake Geneva in S/E Wis has 4 boat launch areas. None belong to the DNR :tut: You can buy resident or non resident boat launch season passes. Now one of the launches in fontana township decided dis after many nonresidents bought a season pass........... :tut:

So after a nonresident buys da season pass he can't use da launch all of a sudden :angry2:

Many Wisconsin folks call illinois folks FIBS...(Fuc*ing Illinois basturds.)  Some of us are also refured to as FIBWOBS (fuc*ing Illinois Basterds Wit Own Boat! :pouty:

I'd suggest a large duck costume......they can't be categorized. Then you can sneak up and down any duck  dock ya want.  ;)
