Have any of you used plainer boards for Walleyes?

I used them several years ago while fishing Lake Michigan with a buddy that used to do the Walleye Trail. It was very effective while trolling to get the baits away from the boat. I was thinking of trying it on the big pond this year.

Have you used them?
What kind of success did you have?
What kind of lures were you trolling with?

I agree, they are a great way to get out away from the boat. They come in great on the St. Croix river where you can use two rods a person. Get two in the boat and you are trolling four rods. Pretty much need them for that. You can troll what ever you want behind them. Anything you would normally troll with, raps, plugs, whatever.
Friends are like buttcheeks..........crap might separate them, but they come together in the end.
