These are pretty much carolina's type sauces, But sound worth trying.

This makes 2 gallons.
2 Quarts water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups yellow mustard
1 quarts ketchup
1/2 cup fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup red pepper flakes
3 quarts red wine vinegar
1 quart white table wine
1 1/4 cups of salt
bring to boil then simmer for 1/2 hour, do not cook in aluminum.
also works good as a marinade.

or

1/4 cup brandy
1 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs butter
1 tbs red pepper flake
1 tbs green peppercorns crushed
1tbs pink peppercorns crushed
Reduce Brandy by half over medium heat.
Then add the rest of the ingredients
Cook over medium low heat for 3o minutes
