There have been alot of people on the site...
But posting has been slow.

So, what are you folks up to?
Are you working on your spring projects?
Are you spring crappie fishing?
Are you doing hobbies?
Getting the boat ready?
Picking your nose?

Me?
We just got done with spring gun training, and I'm getting everything ready to start the planting season. Oil changes on the tractors, greasing everything up... Also, I built a new bench for the butcher shop, that way we got more room to work. Then we got turkey season... we are done with the youth season, and next we have the regular season.
Not to mention the food plots....yikes!

So, what do you have going on?

Good call HD.
1. Installed new depth finder.
2. Selling old one (convinced my wife that I could recover some of the cost of the new one).
3. Conference tomorrow on storm water design (continuing education credits needed for landscape architect license).
4. Feeling guilty about not keeping up with yard work.
5. Made beer last night for the first time at a place in St. Paul - check out this beer label.
6. Fishing league planning meeting

Forget the t-shirt business Doug. You will become a rich Brewery Baron from that ale. If it tastes like Moose Druel no way but you are definiately now on the edge of greatness. When you move into the old Schmidt brewery in St. Paul Can I be hired as your bartender in the old Rathskellar?

work is always on the list.
been exploring going back to school.. we'll see how that goes
shooting sporting clays at forest lake and soon to be and wild marsh not to mention a few nsca tourneys
selling my winter projects.. cedar planters and benches
fixing my hitch on the 4 wheeler.. a stump pulled the receiver clean out destroying most of it.
got 50 trees coming for the land in a week
destroyed a lawnmower using it as a brush cutter.. but hey it was only 50 bucks and cleared a large area before we knocked the timing off on it.

I'll be riping stumps and trimming trees this weekend, working on a food plot.

And, setting up new turkey blinds.

All fun stuff.............

Ah, waiting for rain to show up so I can sneak home & take a nap presently
This spring has been busy at work. Planting season has been early and wild. At home it's the same ol' same ol', do chores, get a load of hay, fix fence, move sheep around, plant garden, trim trees, plant trees, work on the Studebaker, write a column, feed the birds, mow lawn, shoot striped gophers out of the sliding glass window in the dining room. When I nap I dream of fishing. Does that count?
Time itself is bought and sold, the spreading fear of growing old contains a thousand foolish games that we play. (Neil Young)

Hey dotch I have some suggestions for ya.
1. Don't mend the fences and you won't have to move the sheep or get a load of hay.
2. Don't plant trees and you won't have to trim them or feed the birds they attract.
3. Don't mow the lawn and you won't even see those pesky gophers and the grass can grow through the Studebakers floor.
That should leave plenty of time for napping and dream fishing.

Well, the trees are all trimmed up and the sink is installed on the new bench.
Tried to rip the stumps, but is a little to wet from the rain (no traction)

Finally got some sun, so, I think I'll take a break and shoot some clays with the boy.

Ken you will be the HEAD bartender and I think you'd be good at working with the waitresses. Make sure they're happy. Hopefully I'll be out fishing and sampling the latest ale, or lager, or pilsner...

By the way... this is a technical question... is there a way to prop open that striking beer label so it doesn't have to be downloaded?   :drinking:

Yup, you can print it, then scan it and save it as a JPEG file, then post it.
