Does anyone have any tips on Walleyes on Tonka.  I will be going out there next week with a couple of buddies.  I have not fished it for walleyes and was wondering if there were any places I should try?

It has been some years since I fished on Tonka....

But, we used to catch wally's by crane island. On the North side of the island, it drops off to 80 feet (I think) If you have a good fish locator, you should be able to find fish there along the shore line. Crane is on the East side of the lake. We used small shinners under a slip bobber and a red hook.

Course this is old information, maybe someone will chime in with some recent spots.

Hey thanks, I'll take any info I can get on finding them. Like I said, I've fished a lot of Bass out of there, some Northern but can't seem to hit the Walleyes. (only a few have come up on my line) I'll pass the info on to my captain.
