Fishing slow with walleye season closed. However, crappies are biting on Fish Lake in 20-25 feet of water using small demon jigs. Crappies hitting on Fish Lake, 20-25 feet. Some anglers are fishing off shore off the French and Lester rivers catching loopers and cohos. Try nightcrawlers or casting spoons.
