Is it just me?

   Is it just me or is this site painfully slow?  I don't seem to have a problem anywhere else but if I click on a topic or try to reply half the time the page times out.

    Sorry.  I got a double post because the error message said the server shut down and did not send any data.  WTF.

I often get timed out when trying to post lake stories and just give up, there are several that did not get posted here because I forgot to come back and try again. I just chalk it up to the site being busy.

I have had some same thing happen, Some time it go blank when replying and some time it go white and blue that as been like this for about a Mo/ I thou it was on my end.

has the Show unread is so slow then  and that why sometime I do not see new post..

i have this problem at work sometimes and when i switch to a new computer it works just fine. i never usually have a problem though unless im on a old computer or have bad internet connection.

It used to be OK but the last few weeks it seems to have really bogged down.

All of the tables have been optimized and are up to date with the current files.
We need a broader ban... and this is something I cannot do.
