Upgrade Question....

As you can see, I have been working to get this site up to speed, and more user friendly. My buddy Doug has been working on resizing the banners to make the site more uniform.  (Thanks Buddy!) The mobile app for the site looked like crap, so I turned it off. But, with the banners resized, the "phone version" looks way better.... Thoughts?

Anyway....while being a troll (shut up General) on other sites (names of which will not be told) I noticed, they have "like" buttons and auto notification features...... Is this something we should move forward towards? I guess it's more like Facebook, or other sites....

I suppose we could put an off topic whine button.....

I do like the notification idea.  The like thing you talk about I can go either way.  Sounds like a popularity contest to me or something for someone to lose their panties because some didn't "give them a like".  Plus I'd win the contest anyway.

I knew before I hit the post button,    I'd be receiving a shot to the lower extremities.

The nice thing about the like thing is if you mention someone or ask them something you can tell if they read what you said to them or about them..  Also if you compliment someone and they see that, they sort of let you know they saw it.  May make their day.  Then with notifications up top you can see if there is something you should look at without missing it.  That is why I look at the home page to see what is the last things talked about over to the side.  Did this make any sense??   lol

the like buton i ccould go anyway. but its nicce to know iff some on likess a statement ccause written word ccan be hard to decipher so.etimes. but we havve smilie.ffacces. to. but i dont ccare ffor the popularity ccontest type. iff a guy ccould get a lime without haveing a rating attacched to it that would.be ccool. .the smite thi g is just ffun.
