Great video HD!!  I caped a couple of bucks for friends of mine, ready to bring to the taxidermist.  Have to be careful doing this.  The guy in the video had a fresh kill so the pelt came off easier and he done it well.  He had a sharp knife also.  Same kind I have.  Unfortunately by the time I skin the deer they have been hanging for awhile so the pelt doesn't come off so quickly.  Sure like his methods with the truck and all getting the buck up and doing it all with a knife.  Leaving the guts in there during the whole process is something I have never done.  Of course where I hunt we gut them in the woods.  I skin and process the whole deer at home after the hunt.  Love the way he processed his buck.  I think we all can learn something from the video.  good luck.
