Lifetime fishing license question...

Alright...those of you know that I have a new grand daughter....

What do I need to buy her a lifetime fishing license? SS#? DOB?
What else? How does this work? Just go to Fleet Farm? DNR office?

the reason why they started to require SS#'s was to catch people not paying child support. not payin no license!!!!!!

I went to the local DMV. I don't hardly remember what I did 5 minutes ago buddy........How do ya expect me to remember close to 14 years ago???
I honestly don't remember, but for some reason a birth certificate copy seems to stick in my mind..

Can't find much on line except you need a SS# and it cost $304 for under 3 years of age.

I entertained the idea of lifetime licenses but decided against it at my age!!!!!!!!
