Try this cake.... It will knock your socks off, and it's easy.  Recipe by Barb Schaller of minneapolis although she credits the strib.....

Sorry, my rhubarb has had a problem and isn't growing well this year.   Probably global climate change... or something.   :sad:

But even you could make this recipe...

Like I said, crop failure of my Rhubarb.   I replanted but it will be a year.

Hmmm....yer rhubarb's fizzled, ya got creeping charlie everywhere.....maybe ya need follow Reb's lawn and gardening plan.... ;)       My lawn and 'mater's look terrific.  :rotflmao:

It's funny, I had two rhubarb plants, one that seeded first thing, and another that didn't until much later.   The latter one up and almost died, either last fall or this past winter.
