Here are 2 that I use. From the recipe forum.
The "Hotsy Totsy salsa is the best I have ever found for canned salsa.

The "Green tomato" one for fresh salsa is great for ripe tomatoes also.

This is the one I did, but added a 1/2 cup of fresh minced oregano. And the cilantro was 1/2 cup as well....

With either of these, I don't measure peppers or onions. I just keep adding them until it looks like the right amount.

Same with heat.....add Jalapenos or whatever hot pepper to get it where you want it. Don't add too much. You can always add more. If to hot, you can't take them out.

      No special recipe. Seems like change things a little each time. We do special batches for me with ghost pepper and habanero pepper. Delicious on breakfast. Unless I have oatmeal or Cheerios.
