What is everybody eating for their Easter meal?

I have a brisket in the smoker now.  Low and slow will make a great feast.

I used my new pellet grill last night to smoke a chicken and it was great.  Going to grandma's today for dinner.

you guys suck.. going to head out to 2 different houses. at the first there will be a dried up over cooked ham that will be like chewing on an old piece of shoe leather and store bought pies that make hostess look like a good choice.. and at the next there will be 8million people in a tiny townhouse and food for a family of 5.  so we usually head home and make a few frozen pizza's after.

I remember one time I ran out of beer and had to drink that deer pi$$.  Free and cold would be the only way I'd drink it.
