Tannerite?

Anyone know if I can sell tannerite I have? Are there any laws against it? I purchased it at Fleet Farm. Just have a couple pounds that I really don't have a spot to shoot it at any more.

I have 17 1/2 lb containers. So 8.5 lbs.  I want to say Fleet Farm has the 20 pack (10 lbs) on sale here and there for $70? If someone wants to pick them up, or meet around Rush City/Cambridge. $35? They make a very loud BOOM for being such a small container.

I had a little fun last fall with that stuff.  Bro in law was sighting in his rifle.  I attached (without him knowing) a mixed jar of the stuff to the back of the target.   It took him quite a while to recover after the "BOOM".
