I'm a bit slow on computer stuff.  Ok stop laughing Is there somewhere on the site that explains what each of the icon options mean when posting. I understand most of them but stuff like toggle view I don't have a clue what that is Also insert flash and about a dozen more ones.

When someone sends me a PM I would always get an e-mail telling me i have a MNO pm

That doesn't happen any longer. Anyone else have that happening?

Lee go to your profile,Look at the list on the left down to Personal messaging click on it and make sure >Notify by email every time you receive a personal message: is set to always.Thats it unless you still have problems. Send yourself a PM if you can to see if email notification is on or have someone send a pm once you set it

It is set to always already. I also sent myself a PM this morning and nada
