2024-2025 Ice Fishing Contest

Only doing 3 categories, largest fish in each category.

There will be a prize for the largest panfish (crappie, perch or sunfish) NO BASS!
A prize for the largest pike
A prize for the largest walleye (or sauger)

Here’s how this years contest will work.
It’s very simple and easy to join.
But, must be an active member with 50 posts or more by December 1st.
This is a single member competition. Each member will post a picture of a fish on a measuring device along side a note with “2024 MNO ICE” written on it. No photo-shopped pictures will be accepted.

The 3 fish species categories will be: a panfish of your choice (perch, crappie or sunfish), a walleye (or sauger), a northern pike. These fish need to be caught by legal means (Yes, Glenn you can spear your pike)

I will be judging the contest, so take the best picture possible. Because if I can’t read it, there will be nobody else to back it up. If your piece if paper gets blown away, wet or destroyed while taking the picture…try again..... maybe write it on a brick (I don’t care)  ..... I need to see it in the photo, to validate that it came from this year.

In case of a tie, the fish that was posted first, will be the tiebreaker. Contest will run from December 1st 2024 to April 1st, 2025

Prizes for 1st (per category) I will donate to each prize slot with lures I choose (it's a surprise)
