MNO Tatoo contest

Everyone can enter one tat, they must be yours though. The winner will receive 1 new 5x7 MNO window decal. Contest starts now and will end on the last day of May at midnight. Once the contest is over, we will post a poll and allow each member to vote for there favorite.

Everyone is eligible, members, staff and admins. No porn or dirty words allowed, all entries must be able to be viewed by the younger generation.

A picture of your tat must be posted in this topic to be entered.

Grute, I love the tat, just wondering what "INRI" stands for?  Is this a family/personal meaning?  I only ask publically as you posted it here.  If too personal, I understand.

UncleDave and all others who are interested... INRI is an acronym of the Latin phrase "IESVS NAZARENVS REX IVDAEORVM", which translates to English as: "Jesus the Nazarene, the King of the Jews". It appears in the New Testament of the Christian Bible in the Gospel John (19:19).

Sorry Uncle Dave.  I didn't see your question until just today.  Not very Christian of me to ignore someone is it   ::hittingself::   I've done a little traveling so at times I cant log on and I must have marked "all messages read" and missed ya by accident.  Well GTH answered this better than I could have so we'll go with that.  Thanks GTH!!

I apologize for the picture quality, but it has a lot of shading which sets it apart from a lot of tatoos...



After weight loss surgery last summer, I wanted something special, so here is an old rugged cross with a crown of thorns hanging on it, with two other crosses in the background.  On the bottom are two M's (for each of my children)

It represents the "cross that I bear every day" after losing 180 lbs, and keeping it off till the day I die.

Very much inspirational for me, as well as a strong reminder.
