 A guy I work with was out bowfishing the other day (last w/e). He showed me a picture of a nice carp. He had a couple others along with the bigger one.

The ouch part was his bow is cranked up pretty high and upon releasing his draw the first time, the string took the first layer of skin off the inner part of his forearm. That's when he got the big one. Needless to say his arm was a bit tender for a few days.

 I don't drag a camera around at work. Things like that have a tendancy to fall into sewage manholes, get run over by dozers and skid loaders, etc.
