Here is a way to make low coast blue birdhouse. Clean it with two friger.This will make 6 houses at about $3 EA or lest if you have some of this laying around.

1-   4” by 10’ long PCV pipe             $6
2-   6   4” caps                             $6
3-   ½   10’ long melt pipe               $3
4-   12   ½ two hole strap               $1.50
5-   Scrap wood                             $00



To make one blue birdhouse.
1-   4” by 10” PCV pipe    drill one hole 1"   2" from the top on the back side a V for air and two hole on both sides 10 bit
2-1 4” cap     for bottom
3-1 24” ½ metal pipe
4-2 ½ two hole strap
5-Scrape wood       

Scrape Wood
1-One 8½” X 12” Top
2-One 8 ½” X 6” Back
3-Two 2”X10” Sides   
4-One 2”X 5” Brace

Look at the photos. I have made alot of these and they love them!!! you can put on fence or in ground in open place.I all so made more for tree. Have ? ask me!

Those look good. Does having them hang like that keep coons and cats from destroying the nest?

Yes and it make it easer to take the old nest out as well as the 1/2 pipe make it hard for cats to get to them.This one need to put higher up from fince pole but it work well.they should be 4' to 6' off the ground or 2' from the pole.I love them.  :happy1: :happy1: :happy1:
