IBOT fest meat orders/prices

Here is the price list for the meat orders for IBOT fest, if you are interested in placing an order let me know here and i'll deliver everything to the fest. Money can be exchanged at the fest also, i'll cover everything up front.

Pre made hamburger patties: (3 to a pound) box of 30 burgers.
$15 per box.

Cheddar dogs: (package has about 40 dogs) $10 per pack.

Rib Eye steaks: $5.00 per pound. I typicillay order a 17# roll and cut the steaks up myself, cost would be about $80 divided by amount of steaks cut up. (20-30 steaks depending on thickness)

Just place your order and i'll bring up enough for each order and a few extras of each.

if the prices are exact,
that would be 15 + 15 + 10 + 10 + 85( 5 x's 17) = $135.00 ?

I cannot send you the check this week, but right after the fourth I should be able to.
I would assume that you will not be purchasing these items until right before the fest?

Dave, don't worry about the cach exchange until the fest, i'd rather just make the orders and settle with my brother when I get back in town after the fest.

I'll be making the order about a week in advance and picking everything up on the Thursday before the fest.

Anyone care to share a Rib Eye roll with me for the weekend? Your cost would be about $42.50 for around 15 steaks. Either way I'm ordering one for myself, but would be willing to share the costs.

might i remind any of you who can, to meet spinach before hand to pick up meat orders, or keep in mind that the meat, unless taken care of will me left in coolers all weekend unless you's make other arangements.

we do have a freezer out in the pole shed that works and Beaver may be able to get the frig back there by that weekend- were trying to get things covered in all directions

Everything came in today, my brother called me an hour ago and said he had the order completed. I decided to not pick up any orders tonight and to let the meat stay in the walk in cooler at the plant, I'll pick up everyones orders tomorrow evening and try to meet up with anyone who is local.

Jiggle, Doc, Russ-Judy,Harold yours will be kept cold and delivered Friday afternoon, if your not there when I get to the farm, i'll make sure to take care of it.

Mayfly, Scott, High Life, I'll have yours ready for pickup tomorrow evening, Mayfly and I planned on meeting at the Green Mill in Woodbury (94 and Century ave) Please try and make the meet point if possible, I will have trouble storing and caring for this much meat as it is. If its not possible, we can make other arrangements, Scott dont worry about the meet if your not up to it, I understand your over a half hour drive and we can meet early next week if necessary.

Please specify if you would like anything put in my freezer versus the fridge for Thursday overnight, I usually stick mine in the freezer for a few hours and then transfer them to the fridge or the cooler on ice, this will keep the meat colder for use the next day.

I plan on arriving to the farm in the early afternoon friday. Any questions 651-815-7304

Tuesday or Friday won't work.  Monday I am meeting with Snowsnake somewhere to talk about business, so maybe that will work and we can meet soemwhere up off of 694 cloase to all of us...
