Fish On Bait and Sport
Glenwood, MN
Lake Minnewaska

We had Waterama this weekend and my wife and I are on the "parade committee" so not much time for fishing...and I am tired after all of that anyway.

Did get out Tuesday prior to the weekend...

Tuesday - 10 walleyes with the biggest two at 25" and 27".  These were two very fat and healthy fish!  We released those two but kept 5 fish between 15" and 16.5".  Beautiful night on the water...and the only ones out again.  I was in 4 to 6 feet of water on the south side of Minnewaska pulling a F11 Vampire at around 2.2 to 2.5 mph.

Got a lot of smallies again.  Still looking for the 30+ walleye too.

Big sunnies all over...just get to 10 to 16 feet for the really big ones.  I usually get a limit of nice sunnies as I pull my Reef Runners during the day for walleyes.

Big Pike...had a few people come in and say they caught 30 inchers.  Alot of smaller ones as well.

Bass all over!

Fish On!!

Forgot the other lakes again...

Reno has a really good bite going on on the south side.  I have heard 10 to 12 feet.

I also hear that pulling F11 Firetigers is still working well on Emily...I gotta get down there one of these days.

Later

Kyle
