How many of the MNO members applied for moose this year?

I did, but unfortunately did not get drawn.

Watching and reading about the current moose numbers and the decline the last few years makes me a little worried that the quota numbers will go down hence the chances in the future for applicants. From what I am reading about the current situation it has been a climate/disease problem that does not seem to be manageable by us and has to play out on it's own.

For those of you who were successful, congrats!

I applied for my fourth year in a row.  No luck again.  It took my Dad and Uncles many many years before they got one.  But for three bucks i'll keep trying

This was my third.

I'm accustomed to going out west for elk in early September, but absorbing the costs of a new baby and a hunting trip is kind of tough. I thought maybe, just maybe I would get lucky and get my once in a lifetime hunt in the BWCA.
