Only answer this add if you are someone that is able to put in food plots and make trails through the woods , I will show you Where the property lines are so you can post it...If you don't post it you will have people coming in off of state land , this property is surrounded by State Land and because there is no food for the Deer Rite now , they are gone not long after the leaves are all gone (after Rut). with food plots they would stay longer.You will need a brush Hog and/or mower.the first year of Hunting will be free and than a $100 per person (no more than 4) per hunting season to help pay for the taxes...If I see that you are serious and actually make plots etc. we can talk about the fee being cheaper.

Interesting way to get someone to improve your land for hunting rights.
Marry an outdoors woman. Then if you throw her out into the yard on a cold night, she can still survive.
