This is a $25 entry fee league with a $5 charge for the website we use.? Then it's $1 per transaction.? I obviously haven't been making it on here that much lately.? None the less we probably should start thinking about coming up with a day/night to meet and do the draft.? The first real game is Sept. 7th and it's nice to do the draft as close to that date as possible to see if there are injuries and stuff.

I forget exactly who agreed to do this so let's get a role call going again.? Hopefully we can still round up 10 players.

I am obviously in.? Here are the guys from last year who I think said they were in.? They will get priority over new players.

If all of you still want in then we would need 1 more player if we go the 10 team route or 3 more players if we expand to 12.? Expanding to 12 teams obviously dilutes the player pool but makes it more of a challenge (although Pat and my teams sucked so bad last year maybe we should make it a 2 team league for the two of us) and makes the pool of money a little bigger.? 3 additional people indicated in the other post that they were interested in playing.? How about Friday Sept 1st for the draft? This is week 5 of the preseason and there are about 4 games that night, we can watch the games and have the draft at the same time. Most of the games for that week will be done anyways. Generally there aren't many injuries in the final week of preseason anyways.

How about Labor Day itself (Sept 4th) in the afternoon or evening?? Will everyone be back from their vacations?? I would guess everyone has the day off from work.?

I suggest we do it at the Buffalo Wild Wings again at Har Mar.? It's about as central in the cities as you can get.

Has anyone heard from Snow Snake lately?? He hasn't responded on here about whether he is still in.

I will get in touch with Legit.? I gave him the link to this site but I haven't seen him on here.? I may have to PM him at the old site.

That leaves us one spot short.? So we need to here from Brandon Collins whether he wants to play still.? If he doesn't want to play then I believe Griz is next in line.  Then LeechAngler after that.? Then Pat said MetroJoe is interested so it sounds like he is our last resort.? If we get 3 more in addition to last year's guys then we can do a 12 team league.? Does someone want to PM them or something to find out?

I have rules written up this year.? We are going to go with the Serpentine draft since I really didn't get enough votes either way.? That way John will play and we can mop the floor with him for winning last year.? If you want to review them ahead of the draft PM with your email so I can send them to you.

Will Thursday August 31st work for everyone?  6:30 at the Har Mar Buffalo Wild Wings?  I realize not all of the preseason games will be done but most starters don't play in the last preseason games anyway.

I sent MetroJoe and Leech Angler pm's. Joe is out but it sounded like Leech Angler wants to play, he was concerned about the draft date. Once we confirm the date of the draft, i'll let him know again.

Bass Assassin from this site works with me, he said he will play if we need him, he is also ok for the 31st.
