Makes for good sandwiches, else find a good chipped beef recipe and substitute the dried venison for the beef. :happy1:

Do you like a rueben? Dried venison should be the same as dried beef or corned beef. Ingredients you will need: dried venison, marble rye bread, sour kraut, swiss cheese slices, and thousand island dressing. Just take two slices of marble rye bread, butter one side and brown that side in the frying pan. Meanwhile heat up your dried beef and sour kraut in the microwave or frying pan. When bread starts to brown put dried beef, sour kraut, swiss cheese slice and thousand island dressing on top. Put slices of bread together and serve. Enjoy!!
