I forgot to add: they sent this to me (obviously spam), and they say MY e-mail address is the winning address, and yet they want to know what it is.      Oh and to be associated with the UN is very embarrassing as well. 

Ok, I posted this because it's just another of the billions of  e-mails going around out there.  And sadly people fall for it.  DON'T!
