they are catching nice crappire between 18 to 24 ft of water .....they did very well last night some of the guys out were done in 2 hours with 10 and 11 inch crappies.....they were 8 to 10 feet down biting on waxies and minnows,,,pink and white glow jig...but you have to keep them glowing....they have moved out of the 45 and 37 ft hole and are moving in to shallow water....shouldnt be very long and they will be right out front of the resort...in 10 to 12 ft of water.....then you can sit on a 5 gallon bucket and catch them right before dark....spring is coming the fish know it

 :woot:  one group got 40 and the other got 20 nice crappies....they are biting dtill at dark...sunfish are during the day out front.....

  :fishing2:  they are catching very nice sunfish and nice crappies right out front of the resort 13 to 16 feet of water .........waxies and small minnows....bring a 4 wheeler or not that far of a walk...a couple 100 yards.....still waiting for ice out...still guessing april 10th or 14th..   :woot: :woot:

either one...if it was me....wheeler....only because the weekend is suppose to me 40 and sunday warmer...so landing will get water...sat march 14th we will not be letting anyone out after 4 pm(wifes 50th birthday) anytime before that and sunday ok....we didnt get alot of snow...put we sure got black ice last night....3 or 4 new snow....it will melt fast and spring will be here soon...so get your boat ready

no....   :sorry:  this is a spring fed lake...with alot of them on shorelines...one by are landing... its only a couple of 100 yards out so its not to bad of walk if you dont have a 4 wheeeler
