Free Trapping
Don't know if it was ever mentioned here, but, if you purchase a lifetime sportmans Lic, the trapping Lic is free in Mn. Must be purchased at the DNR station in St Paul for Lifetime Lic.

Yes that is the reason I think any trapper should pony up and get it if they can afford it.

I completely forgot about that.  I have a lifetime sportsmans license which I renew every year.  I don't think you have to do anything else for the trapping license.
