these 2 come just to the left of your decoys at 40 yards and they wont come no closer. it is a calm day with no wind. do you take the shot? if so which one do you take?

if you know how your gun is shooting take the shot but i would what untill they seperate i would take the one in the back

wait for them to line up-side by side so it looks like one bird.....shoot once  ...have 2 turkey dinners!

At forty yards you are shooting both birds even with an arrow if you are confident enough with a shot that far away.I like the paintbrush on the closest Tom better than the thinner looking crooked rear bird.

as they are no.... youd hit both birds no matter how tight a choke.... but the bird in front has a longer beard and longer spurs.... is it a trick question?

No doubt you are most likely hitting both birds like that. I would wait, then take which ever one offers a clean shot. They both look like nice mature Toms.
