The Walleye bite continues to improve on Mille Lacs Lake with water temps reaching 58 degrees.  Look to the 22' to 24' gravel/sand transition areas during the day.  The better areas have been around Wilderness and Agate Bay Resorts on the lakes East side using a live bait rig with a leech.

The evening bite has been good on Shaws Reef for keeper slot fish with a slip bobber or live bait rig.

Good Luck out there and we'll see you on the water!

You sure get around. When you fish down by Shaws do you launch down there or do you take the water?
