Overall, fishing is still slow for the most part but improving.  The water temps have moved up several degrees and the weather report looks good for the next 3-4 days.  As the water temp rises, fish become more active.  Most fishing reports vary from lake to lake.
Snowbank Lake: Walleye activity picking up with fish being caught in about 8 FOW with leeches.  Smallies also being caught, females not on the nests yet, but the males have moved in.
Burntside Lake: Fishing slow, jig with minnows or leech fished very slowly working the best for bass and northern pike in 8-15 FOW.  Trout action has been decent, trolling 25-40 feet below the surface in 70-80 FOW.
Shagawa Lake:Walleye slow, but nice catches have been reported in 15-20 FOW.  Several big smallies have been taken. Leeches or minnows used.
Fall Lake: Walleyes being taken in good numbers, 5-15 FOW.  Fish size is running small, with leeches or small minnows the best bait.
White Iron/Farm/Garden Lakes: Walleyes taken in 17-30 FOW, nice Pike being caught-many 34-38 inchers.
