A friend of mine is looking for someone who does rod repair.  Preferably someone north of the twin cities, but wouldn't rule anyone out at this time.

how bad is the rod? need a new handle or  tip?

From what I understand it's broke near the middle (was a one piece rod-now is two piece).  He'd like a ferrule put on to make it like a normal a two piece rod.

oh , that's not good  :cry: . I take it that the warrany is expired? most of those nicer rods have a lifetime warranty. just an idea?

Well it depends on where you bought it? alot of places don't wanna tell you because people abuse it.

As I said this is for a friend of mine, I do not know where he bought it or if it was a gift.  He asked me if I knew of someone who did rod repair, that it got broke nearly in half.  That's all I know.  I didn't ask any more questions.
