mille lacs perch and walleyes
guys looking for a easy day trip... I went out today with my son to wigwam bay out of northstar resort.  the perch were biting all day and the walleyes bit in the morning and then right before dark until about an hour after dark.  we just used fatheads and waxies, follow the road out from northstar resort out into the bay onto the rock piles.  good spot to fish, lots of action.

about 8-9 inches of ice... should be driving out after christmas.
