 :rocker;   2-5-2010  Crappies are showing up on the bottom of deep waters, but actually biting suspended by the 25' spots.  East of Cigar the sunnies and crappies are biting in the same holes..still liking the larva..and minnows.  Northern have really been putting the feed bag on, loving the frozen smelt and large suckers..smelt is almost sold out for the year, so if you want some, come and get it! they are up on the flats both lakes.. Walleye have a niche  bite going in the evening from about 4-5:30..doing the pattern familiar to everyone on the lake...must be feeding on the edges .. nice 16-18" catches pretty steady on the bumps and out on drop offs surrounding the shorelines 15-18 feet.  Radar runs on the East Lake this Saturday...

9-10 inches pretty average, but some 13 inchers  heck of a perch bite also, pretty nice size on the perch..12 inches common..
