You are a sick man if you poke dead Otters with your pole. You should have more respect for your fishing equipment than that.

At first glance I thought it was one of my x wives.  She had lighter hair than that and is still very much alive.  Probably a relative. :whistling:

mt,

Hard to tell the size? the teeth and jaw bone are odd,to big to be an otter, not big enough to be a bear unless it was a cub, then maybe, what part of the state is it?

Dead coyote. That's my guess by the teeth.

Well, it was small, I would say the size of a squirrell - or a little bigger!  You can kinda judge by the size of the grass.
An otter would be my best guess, but I have never seen any otters around, we do have muskrats though....  but they have weird beaver teeth.

If it's considerably smaller than an otter then it might be a mink - basically a mini otter.

MONSTERQUEST IS SOLVED!  Its a river otter (or a mink...).  You can see the little teeth on the carcas next to the big one!   :happy1:

Im still going to say its a baby chupacabra.... probably killed by a big foot throwing rocks at it!   :taz:

I'd have to say mink after your size description. It's lower jaw doesn't look right(too big) for the rest of it's head to be a mink but after decomposing to that point does anything look right?

I have no doubt in my mind that is a chupacabra. I have one on the wall and it is a perfect match.
