Alright, so I am a little confused about my license since I am in a Lottery deer area, 277.  I just got my licenses today and applied for the doe permit but I am confused on how many deer I can shoot since I have both an Archery and Shotgun license.
-- In the 2010 book it says I can take a deer of either sex in my area.
Can I shoot 2 deer in my area, 1 with a bow and 1 with a gun - or can I only shoot one?
What if I get a doe permit?  Can I get a doe with shotgun and buck with the bow.

I have a feeling that I can only get 1 deer, since its a lottery area - any one know for sure, because I would like to be able to shoot 2?  If all else fail I can hunt in a managed area up at the cabin, but its a little extra drive.
Thanks!

One deer total. If yah want 2 you got to head up to your cabin.

lottery is only 1 in that area, having both tags is a bonus because then your free to choose what you want to shoot. like last day of the season still no bucks so you take a doe down, its freedom, when others in the area who didnt apply for a doe tag can only legally tag a buck, so there choice is cut in half
