Brined the tullibies that I caught yesterday.  Brine was 1 cup koshar salt 1 cup brown suger and a quart of water.  Smoked for 2.5 hours at 200 degrees using using mascite and hickory wood chips.  The first batch of 5 are already gone.  Darn kids were suposed to be at there friends house today. 
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.
