Is it Hard water or Open water?

When To the fish house and It was flowing   I thou I would try a little luck to night but when swimming, For the house their is 24" of ice but 24" of water on top   I did get the house to shore

    Good thing you got it to shore because tomorrow will be warm again.  Friday it cools and there will be some shacks frozen in good.  This season has been a tough one.     These are conditions where you can drill a hole and the water will run in your hole instead of out.  That hole can open up and act as a drain.  Everybody needs to be extra careful.  It would be good to strap the ice cleats on too.  A lot of broken bones from slick ice. There are many things working against us ice fishermen right now.  I am not ready to  yet!!!

It time to be mobile, I think two days of be cold, It will be easier to get around, with no snow.

The is 2 feet of snow on the lakes by me yet.  Went out tonight and pulled the fish house off though.  Water on the trail big time, but none by the house.  Fishing was poor only 3 crappies.

General  It been a slow this year all over, I move my house more this year then ever before, I move more then I got to fish with try to get on fish, But it time to just be mobile, No more headache, It can melt or it can snow.
