My new little buddy






Brought this little hunter home last week. Seems like a smart little guy and I have already been working with him on sit stay heal as well as a few other things. He's only 8 weeks so nothing to hard yet.
 We are going to start working on fetching next month. I play around with him now and throw the dummy for him but pretty low expectations as of now. He is picking it up and will carry it most of the way back to me. He has skills!!! Just need to hone them a little.

Nice looking lab pup.Get him introduced to water soon before it gets cold either wading pools or a lake.

Once the water gets cold it is harder some times to get them to go in.

I have mine playing in a kids pool now and will soon take her to the lake to see if she will go out deep enough to swim.Of coase I will wade in with her to support her so she doesn't freak out when she is deep enough to swim.

Right on Benny.Those are some good tips. I have taken him down to the beach a hand full of times and got him out in the water. He really isn't scared of much and seems to be taking to pretty much everything I have shown him. He even jumped off the dock the other day when the boys were out swimming!! He sure is a fun little guy to hang out with.

actually she did play a huge part in it. she wasnt working for a long time, so she spent a lot of time with out 2 hounddogs and spoiled them rotten!!!!!!!!!! :taz: :taz: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :dancinred: :toast: but i MAY have played a small part in it. that chocolate lab can crawl in bed with us with out is even feeling her come in.
