Had an 02 Sportsman as well, sold it though.
Just sold my old 1988 TRX250R racer that I bought new in late 87.Almost had to wipe my eyes after the guy left.

Now I just have three project bikes left, two 85 ATC250R's and one 86 TRX250R to build up.

Plan is to buy another 4X4 next year, bought land this year so have to save the pennies to get the next toy.

i have an '87 yamaha 350 big bear 4x4.
i traded it about five years ago for a '95 acrtic cat zr 580. nice sled, but it was hard to use it for fishing and the chance to trade it to the sled's original owner for the yamaha came along, so i jumped on it.
i have used this machine way more than i would have the sled.
it is a work horse and it has only let me down one time. the shift cable was rusty and the cable broke. it has a new cable now and we are pals once again.
take a kid hunting and fishing!!

i found out an interesting deal on my 99 sportsmans last weekend. i was at a buddies shop on friday, doing some carb work. i just got it this fall and the glass over the odometer was kind of cloudy. it was supposed to have 2300 miles on it. we were waiting for some people to show to play poker, when i realized there was a k at the end. a buddy switched it back to miles. now it only has 1440 on it. i don't think i'll tell the gentalmen i bought it from. that made my weekend a little better. anyone up for a weekend camping/riding this summer?

Heres my ride.? Its a 2004 Kawasaki prairie 700.? I love this thing.? I have 1200 miles on it.? I have cut the muffler cap off and drilled 10 holes that are 1/2 diameter and 18 inches long and welded the cap back on.? Gives it a nice "woof".? Added a dynatech cdi that eliminates the timing retard.? Hopefully today my new Kenda Bounty Hunter tires will be at home after work.

I don't have the biggest or most powerful atv's but the grandkids love riding at the lake.  98 Kaw 300 and a 02 Cam-am 275.  Get's deer brought back to the truck and keeps the gophers running in the spring.  All I need for the jobs I have to do.
