Anybody been out to waska yet?  heading out there spearing this weekend and was wondering about water clarity ??

HAVENT HEARD.  so where do you usually set up at?? i've been thinkin if and when i head that way somewhere along the DNR  acess???? i've set up amoungst the sunfishermen with less than desireable results. seen nords but they come in like a rocket from the bottom and head back just as fast!!

when your sitting at the access  and looking out at the lake which I think is west??  I was thinking about going to the left of the access  which I would think is south ?   Befor you get to dnr access while driving on your left the woods  has a point that goes out  and thinking out there some place,  I'm talking the little woods by access.

yep, i think your correct on all accounts. thats where i'd like to go. i've also heard to the north, right of the access theres always a group of houses could be good to and theres always a few spear houses mixed in that group. good luck and let mr know how ya did.

stayin in an overnite house out there this sat out of hunts resort. anyone gotz any info about minnewaska lately?? curious minds gotta know!

Don't have a first hand report since I haven't been there so this is hearsay. Sunnies have been going good. Walleyes are there but not many takers. The guy at Hunt's Resort should be able to put you onto some fish. Good luck. Just don't go catching anything worth posting in the IFC.

  i gotz me a nord i need to post yet and thats what i need to work on up there. my eye and panfish!!!!

did well on minnewaska 2/11 out of hunts resort. 4 people ended up with 72 sunfish, 30 crappies 4 nords 2 perch and 2 bass. we even quit fishing after 10;30 pm.
