:sorry:  Lee, I have been .  I didn't have enough energy to sign the $ let alone go to the post office and mail it.  I will send it as soon as I am strong enough to stand in line for 20 minutes.  I'm sure I can muster the strength early next week.   ;)
Here at Lake Iwanttobethere we can put letters in our mail box, raise the red flag and Mark the mailman will pick them up for us! No need to go to the post office. Maybe that is just a local thing..  :coffee:

The Chicago Bears promoted Mike Tice to offensive coordinator to replace the departed Mike Martz.
Tice will be in charge of the running game and will be paired with a passing-game coach, as first reported by FOXSports.com. However, he will have overall responsibility.

''(Coach Lovie Smith) and I share a similar mindset of what the Bears offense should look and feel like,'' Tice said in a statement released by the team. ''There will be a toughness about us. We are going to be a powerful run team and we're going to be able to mix in explosive pass plays. It will be important for us to utilize the talents of our players and exploit matchups each Sunday. We have athletes we can build with.''

Smith praised Tice as a ''a valuable member of our staff over the past two years'' with ''an excellent track record in the NFL'' who shares a similar vision for the offense.

''We want to be a strong running team with a big-play pass attack,'' said Smith, who interviewed Tice on Thursday.

Tice arrived in Chicago in 2010 after spending four years as an assistant coach with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was also the Vikings' head coach from 2002-'05.

You would think it's embarrasment enough to have the Vikings as a home team, but no, the public humilation continues here.  I'm not hiding from my financial obligations...... well, I will admit I'm dragging my feet a little.

I would like to thank all the participants in the Bears / Vikings competition. With the exception of one participant, everyone has honorably stepped up and paid their dues. I heard that he has fled town because of the humility that I have bestowed upon him. If that is true I would like to apologize and reach out to him by dedicating this song to him.

This could be a lesson to help change your future......(enjoy) :rotflmao:

Lack of snow caused the cancellation of this years "Beargrease" sled dog race.  Most likely also affected the mail delivery system.

After long deliberation, The John Beargrease Board of Directors is regretfully announcing the cancellation of the 2012 Race. With the safety of mushers, dogs and the many volunteers which is the number one concern of the Board, lack of snow and poor trail conditions prohibit the running of a safe race.
