Just buy the ones you put in hot water and in a few minutes they are ready to go. Shoot nice also.

I have a jig called "Multi-Fletcher".  It's made by J Gebhardt Co. in Catonsville, Maryland.  It has the ability to do 6 arrows at a time.  The fletchings can be set straight or curved using different adapters.  Also, other angles can be adjusted.  I have only used it to replace or repair a single fletching.  I have not used it to replace all the fletching on an arrow.  I use "goat tuff glue" that came from Sportsmans Warehouse.
***I started out with nothing, and I still have most of it.***

I have a multi jo jan fletcher and an ez fletcher. Love them both. Easy to use. As far as glue all depends on what shaft you have.
If today was perfect. There would be no need for tomorrow.
