It is almost time to get the long rods out and head to the Rainy  Looks like reports are birchdale will be open for push over boats this weekend

heading up to the Rainy in the morning heard birchdale ramp is open and will be able to push over on fronteir hope the fish bite should be a warm day let you know how it went when I get back

The ramps are pretty much alls open,big boats are getting in at Birchdale,and the walleye are biting ,heard of some really nice one being caught.

yesterday was great the ramp at vidas was almost open last night should be open today for big boat The fishing was good 3 of us caught 55 in 6 hrs ranging from 14" to 26.5" nice health fish. I did see 1 boat that got a 29" what a hog.

took my daughters to the river yesterday we caught 15 to 20 fish in 5 hrs of fishing the biggest wally was a fat 27" pig my 10yr old caught a 50 plus inch sturg what a fun time . heard they where catching alot of fish out by the lake we went out of clementson. If you haven't been up there you need to it some of the best fishing of the year.
