Wanted: Handyman, Maintenance - Trade for Ice House

I have a permanent ice house up on Mille Lacs that needs some interior work done. I have some ads out looking for someone to do the work at an hourly rate but I thought I should also out it out therer as a trade job.

We only use the house in the summer, so for trade, if you did all the interior work, I would pay for supplies, then you would have it to use as you wish for the winter. No fees as we pay them all. The shack goes out where you want it and you are free to come and go as you please. Its your for  the winter.

What do you want done?  I'm pretty sure my buddy would be thrilled to have a trade like that and he'd do a damn good job.  We spent too much time last year on the ice getting whipped up by that cold wind.
