So Nfl regular season starts to tonight. 
I'm a Packer fan who you guys roiting for?
Cant wait to have one more excuse to  (and watch a little football )

I hate to say it, but the thrill is gone for Viking football for me. The past few season I have been spending Sunday afternoons fishing instead of watching. Maybe when the water gets hard I'll watch.

  Fall is way to short.  The fishing gets good again.  Hunting starts.  If I see a game it will have to be on a Monday night.  On occasion  I might catch one on the radio coming home on a Sunday afternoon.   I can't get into a border battle because as far as I am concerned the Vikes are unarmed.

    I forgot to mention that the only team the Vikes might beat is the Bears.

I'm sure glad you brought that up DDS. You best get your dollars ready for the twice annual Bears/Vike rematch. Lee v/s all the MNO Vike fans for a buck per game.

I fondly remember sitting on a bucket icefishing and listening to the radio anouncer darn near crying over darren nelson dropping a pass in the flats that would have been the game winning td.  I also remember making a boartload of money when gary anderson missed the fieldgoal. Man, thos are some good memories.

Has nothing to do with the Vikings winning or losing but just that I would rather be in the boat or walking a trail then watching pro football. Actually I think I would rather watch college ball and will take in a few games here. Of course we do have a two time national champ playing in my back yard  Go Bulldogs!

man them vikes gave the 49ers a clinic yesterday. even when the 49ers had like 5-6 extra timeouts at the end.
