Teen injured/hunting accident.
          :fudd: Iron Range teen injured in hunting accident.

An Eveleth teenager was injured Saturday morning when his brother’s gun accidentally discharged during a hunting trip, shooting him in the knee.

   Standing up in a canoe to shoot ducks is not a wise thing to do.  This accident could have been much worse.  It also could easily have been avoided.  A tragedy non the less.

This last summer my kids were out on the lake in our canoe and were fishing. They decided they needed to stand while fishing. Yup you guessed it , they tipped in less than five min.  We all laughed but they did learn a valuable less and no one got hurt.  Most kids don't think they will ever get hurt.
